Digital Delivery & Returns

Pragraph Digital Resources ("Pragraph," "we," "us," or "our") sells digital products and services. This policy explains how your purchase is delivered, what to do if you do not receive access, and how returns are handled. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

Everything we sell is digital: online and app-based courses, AI workspace access, live and online workshops, one-on-one coaching, e-guides, certifications, and AI micro-apps. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping address, courier, or shipping fee is involved in your order.

2. How & When You Receive Your Purchase

Access is delivered electronically:

Instant-access products (courses, e-guides, and micro-apps): access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed, via your account and/or a confirmation email containing your access links.
Manually provisioned items (AI workspace accounts, workshop seats, and coaching): your access or scheduling details are sent by email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of confirmed payment — usually much sooner.
Live workshops & coaching sessions: you will receive your joining details and session date and time by email and/or WhatsApp.

3. Make Sure You Can Receive It

Please enter your email address correctly at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our message. Adding adam@workcyte.com to your contacts helps ensure confirmations are not filtered.

4. Didn't Receive Access?

If you have not received access within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will re-send or re-grant your access promptly. We may ask for your payment reference so we can locate your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, they cannot be returned or exchanged in the way physical goods are. Where you are unhappy with a purchase, your eligibility for a refund is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Faulty, Corrupted, or Inaccessible Products

If a digital product is defective, corrupted, or you are unable to access it, we will first repair, replace, or re-grant access at no cost to you. If we are unable to make it work, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

7. Physical Merchandise

We currently do not sell or ship any physical goods. If we introduce physical items in future (for example, printed materials or event kits), the shipping destinations, timeframes, costs, and return instructions will be published on this page before any such sale.

8. International Access

Our digital products are accessible worldwide, subject to your local laws and the availability of any third-party tools in your region.
