Pragraph Digital Resources provides AI-powered educational services including but not limited to:

  • Video courses on AI tools, research methods, and digital skills
  • AI workspace accounts with access to AI-powered productivity tools
  • Instructor-led training workshops and seminars
  • One-on-one personal coaching sessions
  • Downloadable e-guides and digital resources
  • Professional certification programs

3. User Accounts

When you register for our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices for our services are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Payment is required before accessing paid services. Refund policies may vary by service type:

  • Video courses: Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • AI workspace accounts: Subscription-based services follow their respective billing cycle terms
  • Workshops and coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
  • e-Guides and certifications: Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Pragraph Digital Resources — including but not limited to video courses, e-guides, training materials, certifications, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of Pragraph Digital Resources and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials or course access with others
  • Record, download, or redistribute course content without authorization
  • Use AI workspace tools for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our platform
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use our services for academic dishonesty or plagiarism

7. AI Tools and Academic Integrity

Pragraph provides AI tools and training intended to enhance research productivity and academic skills. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI tools complies with their institution's academic integrity policies. Pragraph does not encourage or endorse the use of AI tools to produce work that is misrepresented as entirely human-generated in contexts where this would constitute academic misconduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pragraph Digital Resources provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or academic outcomes.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Forms, Calendar.com, AI tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
